Refund and Return Policy 

Your order is covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee which starts upon your receipt of your order, less shipping and handling fees. In order to return your product, send an email to to receive return instructions. Please take it to FedEx location near you for the speediest return to us. The Stealth must be in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of your Stealth we will refund you the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We must receive the product back to be able to issue a refund to you.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Orders in the US are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (which means 2-5 day delivery once it ships). Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment company warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. All orders are shipped from NV or CT depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability which allows us to get your items to you, faster. 

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. It is your responsibility to double check and confirm that your shipping information is correct (especially if you are using PayPal which tends to default to your programmed address). If you did make a slight typo, you have the right to call FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and ask them to hold it at a facility near you for one week for you to pick up. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you; however, we are NOT responsible for packages once a "Proof of Delivery" is generated by FedEx.. You have the option to have your package held at a FedEx facility for pick-up near you if you choose.

What are the minimum device requirements for the Stealth Gaming App? 

iOS Requirements: 

OS: iOS version 13 and above 

Hardware: iPhone 6s and better 

Android Requirements: 

OS: Android 6 and above 

Hardware: Samsung Note 4 and better (accelerometer & gyroscope required)

How do I clean my Stealth? 

We recommend using a microfiber towel with warm water. You can also add a few drops of a mild dish detergent, if needed. Standard sanitizers and wipes often used in Gyms will work fine as well. Avoid using any products that contain alcohol on your Stealth Core Trainer.

Troubleshooting Questions 

1. My touchscreen is not working properly: 

Apps like Twilight and Screen Dimmer have been know to cause issues with other apps. If you use a Screen Dimming app or re-coloring of screen app, you may need to disable before using Stealth. 

2. The circle is not moving on my phone: 

The Stealth Core trainer apps depend on your devices accelerometer to work properly. If the circle will not move when playing the game, that means your accelerometer is not working. Sometimes the accelerometers stop working on devices. The first solution is to try and shut phone all the way off then restart the phone. If the restart fails to solve the problem, the next step is to diagnose the accelerometer. (We've noticed that this issue seems more prevalent with some Android devices and specifically the Galaxy S7.) To see if your accelerometer is working on your device at all, you can install Sensor Kinetics App on your device. Open the app and see if the numbers for the X, Y and Z axis are changing or if they stay at 0. If 0, then the accelerometer is not working. A possible remedy is to remove your battery for 10 seconds then put back in and start up your device.
